Our brewery began in July 2024 in a historic building in Seki City, Gifu Prefecture.
This building, which was once a Japanese sword manufacturing workshop, is a special place where the skills and passion of artisans live on.
Next door is a workshop where knife craftsmen still practice their skills, and the spirit of craftsmanship is being passed down through the generations.
