PETTY - Lemon Saison

A fresh lemon saison made with the peel of 250 lemons.

This drink uses large, fragrant lemons grown in the garden of Mr. Takahashi, a regular customer at our taproom!
Only the thin yellow skin was carefully peeled off with a peeler (Made in Seki, of course) and added to the beer, resulting in a refreshing beer with no bitterness and a fresh lemon aroma that can be smelled just by bringing it close to your nose.

The spicy saison beer is well balanced with the lemon, and the lemon is not too overpowering, making this a gentle saison that even those who don't like saisons can enjoy.

By the way, a petty knife is a small knife that is mainly used to cut fruits and small vegetables and is suitable for detailed work.
