KUNAI - Black IPA

A kunai is a weapon carried by female ninjas who appear in the dark of night.
This is a hop-forward BLACK IPA that retains a pleasant malty caramel flavor.
Dry hopped with Galaxy and Mosaic, it has a pleasant balance of berry and passion fruit aromas and a hint of dark malt bitterness.
With an alcohol content of just under 6%, it is a refreshing BLACK IPA that you can gulp down easily, and is recommended for those who don't like overly malty beers.
This beer was made together with @nagoyabeergirl , who is a qualified "Ciceroni", or craft beer sommelier.
Having honed her palate in Portland, she aimed to create the American BLACK IPA she was looking for!
