This is the #3 batch of BLADE FACTORY BREWING's classic beer, "Amber Ale."
"ARATOGI" dry-hopped with Amarillo and Simcoe.
A well-balanced American amber ale with a melon-like sweetness and a subtle malt sweetness.
Rather than emphasizing the malt flavor, the emphasis is on the balance between hops and malt, making this an amber ale that even those who don't normally like amber ales can easily drink.
