SHINOGI - West Coast IPA

BLADE FACTORY BREWING has upgraded its first batch of "SHINOGI," which was brewed together with Kamado Brewery!

This time, we used a generous amount of New Zealand hops. The aroma of white wine and muscat from Nelson Sauvin is complemented by melon, refreshing citrus, and subtle bitterness from Motueka and Superdelic, creating a drinkable West Coast IPA.
The layered flavor of this beer obscures the 6.5% alcohol content, making it perfect for enjoying even in the lingering heat of summer.

Shinogi refers to the boundary between the flat surface of a blade and the cutting edge, and is also called "shinogisuji." Because this is the important part where the blade begins, we named it "SHINOGI," which means "beginning," as the inaugural beer of BLADE FACTORY BREWING.
