Blade Factory Brewing's classic hazy IPA, "BOKASHI."
This is a satisfying hazy IPA that combines the sweet aroma of ripe pears from Eldorado with the tropical fruit aromas of Mosaic and Citra.

"Bokashi" is the process of spraying iron powder onto the knife to finish it off.
